this is perfect form..i see so many people doing wrong form...its not about the weights guys..its about proper form expecially in an isolated excercise like the bicep curl

Im 14 n use bout 10ish kg 4 exercises like every nyt..n can weight lift bout 40KG

although i have noticed improvement based on that amount. i've increased it to around 50g now, mostly through milk and eggs.
