Also, aside from the Constitution, a law, regulation, or order, must be supported by fundamental natural rights, and common law. For example, the President could issue an executive order saying that all parents must kill their children if they are under 12 years old and have blue eyes, or something like that.But that's retarded; it violates common sense and all basic rights.So it wouldn't apply. It'd be a non-law.Of course, they could enforce it anyway.That's called tyranny.

Yes, you *are* allowed to.Yes, you may get fined, but it's an illegal fine. They're enforcing illegal 'laws'. Which means, that they're not laws.A law must be in accordance with the Constitution of the USA, or any other constitution in whatever country (as long as that constitution is based on freedom and common sense), and if a law is not in accordance with the Constitution, such a law is null and void, and you have no reason to obey it, nor can anyone legally enforce it.
