cancel at anytime with no problem if your not happy. As for disgruntle associates, it's your own business. If you fail, it's your fault-end of story. You thought it was a way to get rich quick but found out it's a real business and real businesses take time, effort, and determination to make money. Not everyone is disciplined enough to run they're own business. That's why owners make money and employees make only what they're employer wants them to.

Prepaid legal is NOT a scam. I've been in the business for two years and have benefited from the service and from being an associate. The problem that can arise though is when people get the membership and don't understand what their getting because they don't bother just to read the small brochure. They expect Johnny Chochran for whatever they need for $17 per month. That's not realistic. For what you pay, you get an awesome service. Also, unlike a cell phone or even car insurance you can...

Insurance salespeople get commissions, but the method by which they receive their commissions is not the same as the method by which MLM people get commissions. Insurance salespeople do not get commissions based on their downliners' sales because they have no downliners. They get commissions based on their own sales only. You MLM people know this, yet you deliberately mash the two industries together and hope no one will notice.

No, the insurance industry does not make use of the MLM model. The MLM industry makes use of the MLM model. It just so happens that insurance is the product some MLMs have chosen as their way to remain legal. Other MLMs have chosen other products. The fact that some have chosen insurance does not mean that the insurance industry itself makes use of the MLM model any more than choosing vitamons means that drug stores are MLMs.
