i loved the push and pull part at the end, i knew nothing about that. everyones telling me to pull my glove in. now i know from the man who truely knows the game. thanks for the info paul.

i think what helps me most is what he compares pitching to. some of the stuff id ont quite understand, because im newer to pitching and when he says that its like a big duh to the face. Thanks =]

one way he could fix that problem is to speed up his delivery. That way he has his body working fast, and he will land with his upper body is the right spot. Thats how i fixed the same problem. I had the same glove problem, anbd still do every once in a while- i will miss high and away when i pull the glove. its hard to fix. Good leverage drill at 7:30. Me and Fletch use it a lot.
