looks a little like bob dylan from the same period, minus the cat suit

This is a TV show called "The Old Grey Whistle Test." Rest of the band are miming.. just Alice's vocals are live.

Love It To DeathKillersSchool's OutBillion Dollar Babies...from early '71 through '73 Alice Cooper put out these four LP's --they're all excellent.

Even Bob Dylan said that Alice Cooper was anunderrated songwriter. This song in particular had a lot of powerand was well done.

I had known just the Theatrical side of Alice Copper. This year, I´ve found several earlies works by Mr.Cooper, but these works sounds to me like greats rock n´roll music.

I have always loved the way Dennis Dunaway, in addition to holding down the low end of this song, also plays a sort of counter melody on his bass. I think this band has been way under appreciated for the great musicians that they are.

Toss up between Rush and Max Webster.....There isn't one. I remember way back in those days when my buddies thought MW was the shit.I never got it. Then again I never liked the band Crack the Sky. As far as Canuck bands I liked April Wine, Riot and Heart. Yep, Heart was out of BC though the Wilson's come from the US. There are probably a dozen or more I can't think of but they come to mind.

Can't argue that one. That intro is what I personally consider the best in rock. Brilliant. Bassist Prakash John and drummer Whitey Glan filled out the ranks with equal aplomb. A simply awesome album which upstaged Lou Reed's ego so much that he suppressed the video of the live concert. Oh well, I still have the vinyl.
