Yeah, I think you need to unlock him though. Pick up some Bolts, then go to the Bonus Features in the main menu. Then select Characters. Find the King, and then pony up them points!

is the game worth im a nascar fan and i kinda want to buy the game mainly becuase this is like the only game ive seen where you can play as richard pettys car the king wait you can play as the king right?
