Does this tool who made the video have anything better to do with his time? No only is it stupid, he sounds like a retarded British Orphan shouting into a tin can.

I think Colbert was genuinely stunned with the realization that a significant organization such as the Christian Booksellers could be so moronic and brainwashed to object to the concept of a man-made game evolving. What's next? Protesting against apple farmers? Or maybe protesting at funerals of gays that have been killed for being gay? Oh wait, that already happened.

I don't think he broke character, I just think he found that shit so funny that he couldn't help but laugh. I think I would have probably gag laughed for a few on that one. The guy should have subtitled it "The Intelligent Design of a Game" and they would have bought extra copies. =)

mosdef1985 is not talking about mindlessly absorbing news media, don't put those words in his mouth. he was just saying when you nit pick at a joke ( something that's not supposed to be taken seriously, like the colbert report) it kinda lessens the humor of the joke.

1: definitely, i've noticed that myself in other clips.2: definitely, they should protest something if they feel vehemently about it because they can... and it provides good funny true-stories like these that are well worth the lunacy.

Everybody knows God created football in his image and evolution is a lie to test our faith!

Yeah really. Why would anyone ever want to critique what they watch? That would require thought and concern of the impact one of the most watched and respected shows on television has. I think it's a better use of our time to just absorb whatever the media tells us. |
