that was incredible, i bet the camera helped too. the smack on the window was to intimidate. it's as if he's saying the computer made a mistake, everyone knows this dog won, and at that point an employee makes the decision about how much trouble they want to deal with, it's easier just to pay out. this could be applied to a variety of situations. we take alot of our cues off of each other.
