That's about the dumbest thing I've heard. Guess what? 10 feet of water did the same damage to my $380,000 house in my rich white neighborhood as it did to a shack in the poor area of town. I bet you believe the levee was blown up to save the white areas. If that were the case, then why did my house flood?
