Well I have this theory that the guy in the video might have a milder form of Aphasia.His voice is all fuzzy, I understood what he was saying, but I can imagine that if your English is just the tiniest bit from "Really good" it would be hard.

I know some people that have Aphasia =( , it's very sad, impossible to maintain a proper conversation.
