No, he thinks that the people who drss diferenetly and try not to fit in with everyone else are the beautiful and free people. And the people who aren't different from everyone else are the ugly people. He is singing about the horrible people. He really is actualy quite nice and funny in person. He's not trying to scare people off. He does and says whatever he pleases.
