i've worked for care in sprint, and yes they do suck, i will never recommended it. but dont blame sprint, they hired Teletech for that, and teleshit has call centers all over the world, thats why you will get somebody who wont even speak a proper english on mexico, philippines or costa rica.

I live in Seattle. I have had sprint/nextel for work for years. They are by far the worst carrier I have ever delt with. I can be standing in the same spot and loose calls. i don't get my voice mails until 2 days later many times and after MANY MANY MANY MANY months of trying to convince the customer care that there is a problem in my area they have grugingly agreed to consider sending someone out to moniter the tower! I am sooo thankful that my compnay is switching to AT&T this week!

customer who say they have problems with their phones its because they are stupid, they dont know how to read the bill, they dont know how to dial internationally, they use internet and then call saying they didnt and wanting an adjustment... i have a ic902 and works perfectly, if i call customer service i call knowing exactly what i want and being open to the explanation, not just saying i didnt use that many messages n whatnot, thats why the companies have plans so u choose the one that fits u

they are the worst!!! especially sprint! I switched back to an i560 nextel and it wasn't too bad but anything sprint is horrible!

Sprint is awesome, I have the Katana right now and it is working great, but im about to get the instinct for an upgrade.
