I viewed the video and really wonder how the inventor with his daughter pulled off just a SCAM!I purchased a "MagicJack" and it does not work and I want my money back. Also, they say in the commercial that you have 30days free to review this and your debt card won't be billed.Guess what? My card was billed before I even received the product.Let's get real people -- I believe this is the SCAM of 2008!address etc. something is wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes you can. Absolutely. I love mine even with the occassional glitch. This video isn't being fair. it's not difficult at all. Not at all.

can you still use the internet while using the majic jack?

$20 a year for unlimited minutes. You can call ANYONE in US and Canada for free. Calls to other countries from the US or Canada cost money UNLESS theyre using an American/Canadian Voip service in that country.

DSL, Cable or FiOS is fine...not 56k or Satellite
