It's all about the paper's ratio of length to width. What is the ratio for Mexican money? Is it about the same ratio as for US money?

LOL still that's a good start! It takes some practice to get these shapes right. It's hard to re-fold the same bill so unless you have lots of bills around, it might be easier to cut some paper into the right shape and practice with that.
