OMG melissa, iam so sorry for your horrible birthing experience. that happened to my mom. i had an episiotomy the first two..1st got the shoulder stuck but they used the vaccum, and it worked, second was breech..yes natural and no meds thru the vagina, cause they didn't know (long story DUH them, lol), and third was smaller and came out w/o stitches, i was very worried about my pelvic floor, and try to do all i can this is very helpful, once again ouchie..sorry for what u went thru!

Very helpful and positive suggestions on how to improve muscle tone in the pelvic area. The presenter has nice manner and an engaging delivery.
