Knowing that these are real people and not actors makes this video all the more meaningful and the fact that they will talk to you on the phone or email if you have a question is even more special.

Seeing the staff makes everything more real. It makes going to Chapel Hill more comfortable because it's like you're seeing someone you already know. The web site has a lot of photos of staff and they make it easy to contact them too.

Dr. Berger's staff is the best. All of our questions were answered regardless of the time of day or whether it was a night or holiday. Having a phone number to call and ask questions - even before I actually have surgery - made me feel secure about my decision. |
