so true. i haven't done hard drugs for 2 years and i have been a hardcore alcoholic since. i have court in the morning for my first dwi (blew a .29) and i hope i get what i deserve because this shit has let me ruin my life. btw, the first time i heard this song was about 3 years ago. broke, drunk, and driving a pos 77 chevy truck back from jail for drug charges.

The first time I heard this song i came out of an AA meeting after getting out of jail in Baltimore. It was my second DUI and I deserved the time i got. This song is soooo... true. Please GOD take away this ball and chain. Alcoholism and drug addiction hurt.
