Well, a good deal of it is from the poem but slightly altered. The last stanza, for instance, is around 50% original.

prose is regular language , the way people talk , or rather talked in the 19th century , regular well-spoken language.and this is a rhyming poem it might not have a standart rhyme sceme but you can definately not call it prose

It's not prose. Prose is something completelly different than poetry and as far as I know it does not have a rhyme scheme.
