Comcast sucks. Was without internet for 3 weeks, wireless router fried after power outage during hurricane Ike. Then had 8 appointments, 2 missed appointments, one tech lied and said he came for appointment and installed something on my computer, when he never showed, finally replaced my broken router and now are billing me for $149.95 for installation of new wireless home networking. New?? I've had wireless home networking for 3 years. Idiots!!

Eh, the sad truth is that no one else is really much better. I had SBC Yahoo for a while, and they didn't fix my internet for six days once.
