Problem is GM has been badly managed in recent years. Giant cars and consume a lot of oil. this is the cause of failure. Rick Wagoner was a bad manager.

you should really hope that never happens. it will cripple america. 3.3 million people WILL loose their jobs if that happened. i for one hope that never happens. GM is an american icon and a significant part of american culture. loosing GM would be horrible for the united states. how would you like there to be NO AMERICAN MADE PRODUCTS. what a shame!!!!!
