the guage dont matter... if your new and dont know just expiriment with different kinds.. i like mediums myself cuz they arent stiff as fuck and they arend floppy like nylon picks.. nylons blow.. dont use em

no but a lot of cool rock songs have wah pedals or you could just do chords or use other effects like fuzz distortion chrus flanger but wah is recommended if you buy a cy baby or vox but no boss boss sucks

well supposedly for the recording he used down half a step tuning but live it is standard...i like standard better
